Cactus Duplex was very neat, clean and complete with all household items needed for a long term stay. The back patio was very comfortable, with 2 working BBQ's, table, chairs and lounge. I loved my stay.

“Maude House Five Stars"

Stunning home, very close to Joshua Tree. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog, and the backyard in general had an amazing view!

We stayed at the Sullivan Cabin, just a mile or so from the Indian Cove entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. The property is far enough from the highway that there is no road noise, and the neighboring properties are zoned to allow privacy when lounging in the yard. The cabin itself was immaculate, with all of the amenities one could ask for.  Dishes, appliances, TV were all top notch (including the granite counter tops). 

Our rep was Susan, and in the evening when we found ourselves a little confused with the satellite remote control, she was just a phone call away. She also had recommendations for dining out in the area, but we elected to use the gas grill that is also provided on the property. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, with a wonderful enterprise running it all. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends and associates.

My family was so lucky to find Susan and gain her assistance in renting our house in 29 Palms. We were not able to be in the area to secure a house for our new duty station, but Susan took care of everything and made it very easy. She knew our needs and desires and found us the perfect place, which we have absolutely loved for over a year (Tomato House). Another wonderful thing about Susan is that she really helps you make the most of your time in desert, introducing my family to all sorts of cool adventures and interesting things to do. We've moved every two years for 12 years now and this was by far the easiest, most comfortable, and successful move we have every experienced ~ All thanks to Susan!

Susan was by far the best landlord we have ever had! We had an offer in on a short sale in 29 Palms and it did not close in time for our move, Susan helped us secure housing at the last minute, and the house (Juanita House) was amazing! She gave us information on the local area and helped us feel more at home. She is extremely fair and really knows what she is doing. I actually considered dropping our offer on the house just to stay in one of Susan's rentals.

I would absolutely recommend working with Susan, she is not only the best in the area, I think she is one of the best in the industry.

"GRACIOUSNESS AND FLEXIBILITY"

We needed a fully-furnished rental for an unknown amount of time while we waited for military housing to be available. Rent29 was extremely helpful, flexible, and professional. My wife and I were welcomed to the area and provided resources on where things were and what activities were close by. The Cactus rental was very clean and stocked with anything needed to live comfortably for a short or long period. “..LUCKY TO SECURE THIS PLACE WITH RENT29”

Stayed at the Palm House for a year and was really nice.  Clean fully furnished property that was always being improved inside and out throughout my stay.  Susan and Russ are great people, they are immediate to respond to your concerns and/or needs and are always concerned that you are comfortable.  They will go out of their way to make your schedule the priority.  
     I was lucky to secure this place with Rent 29, and highly recommend if you are looking for a place check with Susan ASAP or it will be gone.

“….VERY POSITIVE AND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE”

I stayed on the Maude Adams property for a total of about 8 months. From initial contact with Susan to the day my roommate and I left, I had a very positive and wonderful experience. First, the house itself was in very great shape and came furnished with a variety of accoutrements and amenities that negated the need to buy furniture and other things. Second, the location was great. There was little to no noise (you could practically hear a pin drop down the street) and I was 5 minutes away from one of the main gates for Joshua Tree National Park. Third, the house was maintained by a maid and yard work service that kept the place looking clean and well-kept. Overall, I had no problems or complaints during my stay. I highly recommend.

P.S. for those PCSing to 29 Palms, the owner is military friendly and willing to work with you depending on your orders.

“couldn't have been better”

We rented from Susan and Rent29 and absolutely loved the experience. From the convenience of the exceptionally clean fully-furnished home to the ease of the communication, our whole experience couldn't have been better. We were in limbo, waiting to buy a home and found the furnished home to be exactly what we needed. Susan was not just a gracious host and manager, but generous with her time, a well-suited travel guide, and a compassionate listener to the struggles of home-buying. I was sad to leave the rental because of how great the experience was.

I highly recommend Rent29 to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and convenient home along with an amazing manager to help!
