It's true, summer is lurking and you may find yourself wondering what to do with the kids while you're at work... or just to keep them occupied. Thankfully, our Morongo Basin is filled with all sorts of interesting youth programs. Often costs are reduced thanks to non-profit supporters, City grants or support by the Parks and Recreation Department.

The City of Twentynine Palms features an amazing Summer Day Camp held at the Community Center near Luckie Park.
• Children (entering) 1st through 5th Grades.
• Five 2-Week sessions running Monday - Friday
• June 12 - August 18th
• 6:30am to 5:15pm
• $ 525 for the entire session or $130 for 2-weeks.

In Yucca Valley the Hi-Desert Nature Museum offer's themed "Conservation Quest" camp this 2017 summer season. Weekly sessions have limited space so sign up early.

The Boys and Girls Club of Yucca Valley Summer Programs are action packed. With their very reasonable Membership and Program fees make this a good choice if you're in the Yucca Valley Area.

Theatre29 offers Summer Youth Theatre! Age appropriate kids will get together to lean theatrical skills, auditioning, acting and more. The performance of Disney's Little Mermaid Jr. will play July 28-30th.
